Hailey & Carter's Dream

Hailey and her mom Miranda were in the news recently because 5 year old Hailey has Batten's disease which causes her an extreme amount of seizures, loss of brain function, blindness and death. Miranda was attempting to get her daughter to China for stem cell treatment which at this point is pretty much their last hope.

Air Canada and Air China would not allow the child to fly because she was too ill. So they were returned home.

Hailey & Carter's Dream is the families blog site which tells the full stories of what they are going through. To make matters worse Hailey's little brother also has the disease. The family is trying to raise money for these treatments in China which all together will cost a little less than $300,000. That is if they can get on a plane.
